Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at Carver Maker.
We have adopted Google's return policy requirements, which we believe set a reasonable industry standard. This ensures clarity and fairness for our customers in comparison to competitors who may not have a return policy.
To be eligible for a refund, return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and should not be damaged or used in any way.
Upon receiving your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. We will refund the payment method you used for the purchase, minus the original shipping & handling charges and any applicable restocking fee, within 14 business days after receiving the item. Please note that for credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or if you initiate the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Wholesale Returns and Refunds
Wholesale items are specially priced for our valued partners. They may be available for exchange for a similar product within Calgary, Alberta. For orders outside of this area, please contact us to discuss available options.
- Exchange must be initiated within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide you with the same or a similar product.
- Exchanges requested after 14 days will be for a similar product and will be provided upon your next wholesale order.
- Exchanges after 14 days are not available without a subsequent wholesale order.
- Items that are customized, engraved, or personalized are not returnable unless they are found to be defective.
