Carver Maker Digital Rights Agreement

1. Introduction: This Digital Rights Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which digital images ("Images") are licensed to you, the customer/creator, by Carver Maker.

2. License Grant: Upon successful payment, Carver Maker grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Image for engraving or application on an object for both personal and commercial use.

3. Permitted Uses: You are permitted to:

  • Use the Image for personal projects or commercial projects where the Image is applied or engraved on an object.
  • Use the Image for promotional purposes related to the aforementioned projects.

4. Prohibited Uses: You are NOT permitted to:

  • Redistribute, resell, lease, license, or sublicense the Image in its digital form.
  • Share the Image, either for free or for sale, with third parties.
  • Use the Image in any manner that competes with Carver Maker's business, including, but not limited to, redistributing or selling the Image as part of a digital image collection or archive.

5. One-time License: Each purchase of an Image entitles you to a single download. The Image is licensed to one customer/creator and may not be shared with other parties, either for free or for sale.

6. Copyright: All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Image remain with Carver Maker. The Image is licensed, not sold, to you under this Agreement. Unauthorized use or reproduction of the Image is a violation of this Agreement and applicable copyright laws.

7. Termination: If you breach any provision of this Agreement, your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate. In the event of termination, you must immediately stop using the Image and delete or destroy all copies of the Image.

8. Limitation of Liability: Carver Maker will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the Image.

9. Acknowledgment: By downloading the Image, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
